1 cup 1% milk
1 cup cooked small broccoli flowerets
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
Salt and Cayenne pepper to taste
2 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (1/2 Cup)
In a small sauce pan, heat 3/4 cup of the milk
over medium heat until steaming, about 4 minutes. In a cup stir
together flour and the remaining 1/4 cup milk until smooth.
Add the cheese and stir until smooth, then fold in the broccoli
flowerets. Another delicious potato topper.
