BOUQUET GARNI
Parsley, Thyme and Bay Leaves form the foundation
for bouquet garni. Add other dried herbs, such as Marjoram,
Oregano, Parsley, Chives and any others that you enjoy, put
through processor and chop coarse. Use on foods such as soups,
stews, braised dishes and sauces by placing them in a cheese
cloth tie or tea ball and dropping into food during cooking.
