24 ripe tomatoes (peeled
and chopped)
6 sweet peppers, chopped
6 hot peppers, chopped
8 onions, chopped
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 pint vinegar
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
Combine, cook, stir often
until thick (4-5 hours), put in sterile jars and seal.
