Chop before measuring:
10 1/2 cups chopped pear
1 1/2 cups of bell pepper
3 cups of onions
6 small hot, red peppers
Add together:
3 cups sugar
2 cups white vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
Boil then add pear mixture.
Cook 30 minutes.
