POPPY SEED CAKE
1 cup Oil 3/4 Cups Poppy Seed* 1 cup Honey 3 Tea. Baking Powder 3 Eggs 1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk 3 Cups whole wheat Flour 1/2 Tea. Salt
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
*Caraway or anise seeds can be substituted for the poppy seeds if desired.
