EMERIL'S CREOLE SEASONING

2 1/2 Tbl. Paprika1 Tbl. Onion powder
2 Tbl. Salt1 Tbl. Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbl. Garlic Powder1 Tbl. dried leaf Oregano
1 Tbl. Black Pepper1 Tbl. dried leaf Thyme

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container. Makes 2/3 Cup.
