GREEN BEANS WITH ALMONDS AND BASIL
1 Lb. fresh green Beans 3 Tbl. slivered blanched Almonds 3 Tbl. Butter, melted 1 Tea. minced fresh Basil 1 1/2 Tbl. minced fresh Parsley
Wash beans and remove strings. Cover and cook in a small amount of boiling water l0-12 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well.Saute almonds in butter in a small skillet until lightly browned. Stir in fresh parsley and basil. Pour over green beans, tossing gently. 4 servings.
