PECAN PIE FAMILY RECIPE

3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked

Beat eggs and sugar together until thick. Add syrup, pecans, and vanilla and pour into crust. Bake in a slow oven at 300 degrees F for 1 hour.
