Onion Dill Bread

ONION DILL BREAD

1 Pk. (1/4 oz.) active dry Yeast 3/4 Cup Sour Cream

3 1/2 Cups Bread Flour 3 Tbl. Sugar

1/4 Tea. Salt 3 Tbl. minced dried Onion

1 unbeaten Egg, room temperature 2 Tbl. Dill Seed

1/4 Cup Water 1 1/2 Tbl. Butter or Margarine

3/4 Cup cream style Cottage Cheese

In bread machine pan, place first four ingredients in order given. In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and heat just until warm (do not boil). Pour into bread pan. Select "white bread" setting. Bake according to bread machine directions. 1 large loaf.
